- Set up auto-replies in Facebook messenger. Just to your business page, go to settings, select Messaging and you’ll find the boxes to set up auto replies.
- Set up automated thank you messages to send to anyone that recommends your business on Facebook. You’ll find a step-by-step tutorial to that here.

- If This Then That is a great website that allows you to set up all kinds of automations! Jump in there and see the kinds of things you can do.
